BagSimple is not responsible for the loss, or damages that can happen during order placement. This includes any misplaced, misordered, or typos. The customer is responsible for verifying the order is correct. This includes actual item, pricing, shipping, and product size, before placing the order. What is the shipping policy?
There is an established relationship between BagSimple and the multiple suppliers. ShopBagSimple.com is an online bag shopping boutique. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours, and shipped within 7-10 business days. The turnaround time/expected delivery date varies. As a result, delivery will depend on the item and shipping location. At this time shipment is only available within the United States, and the majority of the orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. WARNING: because of the products being purchased, items may be shipped at different times. Therefore more than one package may arrive.
What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a priority. Hence, every bag is inspected for quality before being shipped. Because shipping is done through various suppliers, a general rule that returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, and the return is pre-approved. Please completely read the description before making a purchase. This applies especially for Genuine Leather bags. Any accepted returns must be sent directly to BagSimple. DO NOT return to the original supplier. Customers will be responsible for paying on return shipments.
