BagSimple is not responsible for the loss, or damages that can happen during order placement. This includes any misplaced, misordered, or typos. The customer is responsible for verifying the order is correct. This includes actual item, pricing, shipping, and product size, before placing the order. What is the shipping policy?

There is an established relationship between BagSimple and a multitude of suppliers. ShopBagSimple.com is an online shopping boutique. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours, and shipped within 7-10 business days. The turnaround time/expected delivery date varies. As a result, delivery will depend on the item and shipping location. At this time, shipment is only available within the United States, and the majority of the orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. WARNING: Items may be shipped at different times. Therefore more than one package may arrive.

What is the return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Thus, every bag is inspected for quality before being shipped. Because shipping is done through various suppliers, a general rule is that returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, and the return is pre-approved. Please completely read the description before making a purchase. This applies especially for our genuine leather bags. Any accepted returns must be sent directly to BagSimple. DO NOT return to the original supplier.

The customer should email Contact@shopbagsimple.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Merchandise must be unused, saleable condition. 
Refunds will be applied via the original payment methods.
Shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
